André Villas-Boas is a Portuguese football manager who is currently the head coach of Olympique de Marseille in Ligue 1.

He began his coaching career at the age of 16, working as a youth coach for Porto. After a short stint at Academica, he returned to Porto as head coach in 2010 and led the team to win the Primeira Liga, Europa League, and Portuguese Cup in his first season.

He then moved to Chelsea, where he struggled to replicate his success and was sacked midway through the season. He went on to manage Tottenham Hotspur and Zenit Saint Petersburg before joining Marseille in 2019.

Villas-Boas is known for his innovative tactics and for being highly analytical in his approach. He has also expressed a keen interest in rally driving, having competed in several rally events in recent years.
